Built-in (Internal) Isolators
Channel Microwave designs and supplies built-in isolators tailored to fit a customer housing. The result of this approach is a cost effective package that minimizes interconnect losses and mismatches. Channel Microwave also offers design options such as Bias Injection, DC Blocking and End Launched Waveguide Front Ends. Supplying the machined housing complete with the isolator installed and inspected per customer specification is another cost saving service offered. Ferrite Switches
Channel Microwave manufactures ferrite switches to specific customer requirements. Switches can be configured in both coaxial and waveguide structures, or in a combination of both. Frequency capabilities range from 1.0 to 18.0 GHz, in bandwidths up to 20%. Available options include switching speed, operating power, latching, fail-safe and driven. Upon request, switch drivers can be provided with the unit.

Passive Assemblies
If you have a unique requirement for a passive integrated assembly which contains a ferrite product, Channel Microwave can reduce size and weight through our mechanical design/layout capabilities. In many cases, actual operating performance is enhanced through product integration. Passive assemblies can include but are not limited to iso-filters, circular-coupler detectors, isolator-switches, Iso-monitors, etc.

Cryogenic Isolators
This product is designed to perform in the 10° - 20° Kelvin temperature range.  Waveguide and coaxial versions are available.  The frequency range covered is 2 GHz up to 50 GHz in various bandwidths.

D.C. Blocking
If D.C. isolation is desired, it can be provided with minimum degradation to the RF performance of the device.

Bias Injection
Bias input can be provided on most standard coaxial circulators to permit injection of DC bias to semiconductor devices connected to the circulator.

Power Monitors
Integrated RF power monitors can be installed on most standard-design coaxial or waveguide products.

Connectors and Flanges
For coaxial devices, several optional connector types are available. Some (but not all) of these include TNC, BNC, TM, C, HN, SC, LC, APC-7, 7/8 EIA, 1-5/8 EIA, and 7/16 DIN. Coaxial designs can be supplied with strip line tabs or semi-rigid and flex cable in place of connectors. For waveguide designs, flanges with international or domestic designations are available, along with variations of cover, choke, or EIA flanges.
