HOW TO ORDER
When contacting our sales department, please specify a model number and name or description of the product you are ordering. Any modification to a catalog becomes a non-standard item.
When ordering non-standard units, list all information and specifications on your purchase order. If possible, the purchase order should reference a quotation or factory correspondence of some kind. If a specific model number has not been assigned, we will do so upon order entry. Orders should be sent to:
QUALITY SYSTEM
Channel Microwave maintains a quality system compliant with MIL-I-45208A, we also maintain full-time capabilities for manufacturing Hi-Reliability/Space Qualified products. Samples of our manufacturing and documentation capabilities are available for inspection upon request.
Channel Microwave welcomes customer visits and surveys )either in person or by mail). Please contact our marketing department to arrange a survey and meeting with our quality personnel.
SOURCE INSPECTION
Whenever source inspection is a requirement, an additional charge will become applicable for the performance of a double inspection.
WARRANTY
Channel Microwave warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year after date of manufacture.
TERMS
Standard terms are net 30 days, F.O.B. Camarillo, California.
RETURN MATERIAL
Material returned for rework or replacement shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth under the warranty detailed in this web site and printed in the catalog. Material returned as defective and found to meet the original specifications will be subject to a nominal handling charge to cover the cost of reinspection abd retest.
