These custom designed circulator junctions (and Isolators with matching terminations) have operated in high power RF environments up to 150 Kw peak and 5 Kw average over the operating frequency ranges of 88-108 MHz, 138-174 MHz, 470-860 MHz and 860-2200 MHz. With Insertion Loss as low as 0.15 dB and Isolation > 25 dB (depending on application) these circulators have been used in the most "state of the art" transmitters around. All common connector types (and some custom interfaces) have been used for optimum power handling and VSWR requirements. These connectors include 7/8" EIA, 1 5/8" EIA, 3 1/8" EIA, 7/16 DIN, HN, SC, and N type.

YUL620-2
The Channel Microwave Corp. model # YUL620-2 is a dual channel ten junction Isolator assembly designed to facilitate the IMD testing of communications equipment. The standard EIA rack mounted IU (Isolator Unit) operates over the 800-1300 MHz bandwidth and offers >90 dB of reverse Isolation with <1.5 dB Insertion loss in the forward direction with an integrated port for VSWR monitoring. The IU power rating is 100 watts Avg./ 500 watts peak into a 2:1 maximum output VSWR.

YR321
The Channel Microwave Corp. model # YR321 is a WR28 1 to 3 isolated power divider that operates over the 34.0 - 36.0 GHz bandwidth and offers >60 dB of reverse Isolation with 1.0 dB typical Insertion loss in the forward direction (over the 4.5 dB split). The Iso-divider assembly is designed to handle 10 watts Avg./ 500 watts peak and operate in a military environment.

The Channel Microwave Model #MH323 is a WR112 four port differential phase duplexer designed for use in hi-power communications and radar systems @ 750 Kw peak and 1000 watts avg. This isolator features typical insertion loss of <0.30 dB, and 1.15:1 max. VSWR, and isolation of 23 dB minimum. The circulator can be supplied with hi-power terminations for use as an isolator.

SPACE QUALIFIED MULTIPLEXER LINE
This miniature 2.5” x 2.5” x .30” space qualified multiplexer accepts a wideband multi-tone input from 1 to 23 Ghz and separates it into 5 single tone outputs. The multiplexer provides 1 Ghz resolution with adjacent channel rejection > 60 dB over the full frequency range. The insertion loss of each channel tracks over temperature at the rate of -.3 dB/ 10º C over –20 to +75º C range.

The Channel Microwave Corp. model # IMW320 is a WR62 waveguide junction Isolator with an integrated bandpass filter and coaxial adapter has been qualified to handle 50 watts average in a fully-screened military flight environment. This Iso-Filter features typical Insertion Loss of <0.40 dB, Isolation of 23 dB Minimum, and 1.15:1 Max. VSWR over the 13.5-15.5 GHz bandwidth. Attenuation of signal outside the passband exceeds -60 dB. This integrated package provides enhanced electrical specifications through computer modeling and our vast library of proven designs.
